"Band of Heathens was incredible! This is a very engaging performance and every person called up was fantastic. He incorporates some of his AGT favorites while introducing plenty of fresh material. It's astonishing what he can achieve with such simple props. He communicates so much without uttering a single word. My only "issue" is not with him, but rather with the organization of lines by the casino. We arrived at 6:30 for the 7:00 VIP Meet & Greet. There seemed to be a single line wrapping around the corner (about 25 people already waiting). As time passed, there was no progress in the line. The lady ahead of us was also there for the M&G, and we grew frustrated with the lack of communication on the delays. Finally, around 7:25, I approached the front of the line and inquired if they were also waiting for the M&G. That's when we were informed those individuals were taken in at 7:00!! The distinction between General Admission and VIP lines was not clear, leading to a blending of people that made it seem like one group. We were quickly ushered in and seated (I was simply told "The box office should have informed you about the lines." I had printed my tickets at home and had no interaction with the box office. No further accommodations were possible). Band of Heathens was on stage chatting but needed to prepare for the performance. He kindly spent a few moments conversing with my daughter. He emerged shortly before the show and took photos with everyone. I'm disappointed I paid extra for VIP so my young daughter, who adores Band of Heathens, could enjoy the M&G, but due to the confusing line setup by the casino, we essentially had a similar experience to General Admission. Ensure you are clear on which line you are queuing in, and don't hesitate to ask each person present.
